I would not recommend really bad customer service unless they're making a ton of money off of you which their insurance in my opinion was high and they never answered the phone and if they can't make a decent amount of money out for you then they won't help you

Merklinger is an outstanding agency. We've been clients since we moved to the area 7 years ago. They are experts in the field and their customer service is second to none. Christine has been extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable, responds to inquiries in a timely matter and always follows up. In a time when customer service seems to be a lost art it is refreshing to work with such great professionals.
