I called with policy issues and was helped by a woman named Jo. She was the most knowledgeable, helpful and understanding person I've ever spoken with. She was clear and confident in her ability to help me. I've not had that type of professionalism in a very long time. Great employee to have!!!!

Ashley did a seemless job of transferring our property and auto insurance policies from another insurance company to Allstate. However, I reached out to her the next day to change a couple of things and she forwarded my message for someone else to handle my concerns. I felt better dealing with her since she had just signed me up. I sent that concern to her in a text and ask her to call me at her earliest convenience and she never called me back even after another text. The weekend went by and I tried giving her 4 or 5 calls and she would just keep hanging up on me, so did after all have to reach out to Tommea, which was very helpful and patient. Tammea is a great representative for this Allstate company and brand. Thanks Tammea!
