Wouldn't write me a policy bc of multiple roadside assistance claims

Very slow in responding. Was told they'd get back with me the next day. I waited over a week and had to call them. Seem to lose information you provide. I'd sent in some documentation and they said they received, (and i have the email read receipt) but over a year later act like it didn't exist. thus keeping my rates at a premium. The document would have lowered the insurance. I was told "well it would only help a little". Be aware of the customer service if that's what you're looking for in an insurance company. Needless to say, time to shop around again. Rates weren't really that competitive either.

I am a new customer to Meredith Insurance, And the staff were friendly n polite. we insured a 2nd home n just had a very pleasant experience on my visit.

They have been a big help and that is good in my world
