Mr. Melvin Patrick has always been a very customer oriented agent. Has helped me over the 25 years of my State Farm client ship and still helping with guidance over the phone and texts even though i have moved to a different state and different State Farm agent. At any time of the day he was always carefully guiding me through any processes of claims and or road side assistance when ever I needed it. He is very patient and carefully guides clients with what is best for them. No pressure sales on any form of coverage be it Home or Auto. Horrible Agent! This man is getting old and he is not involved in his business at all. He has an assistant who apparently is always "out to lunch" - it literally does not matter what time you call, he will be "out to lunch". On top of that, they give you a quote, you pay it in full and then turn around and say, "oh we forgot about this, you owe us more money". Then when you complain they tell you "Not to get smart with them". Do not waste your time, get another agent...Melvin Patrick is a disaster!

Asked about non-owner car insurance and he said that state farm don't offer it. Called another agent, and they were happy to help me
