Melinda Jackson: Allstate Insurance

We've experienced consistent and unexplained rate increases, leading to what feels like overcharging on both home and auto. What's most frustrating is that my mother, the policyholder, hasn't had any claims recently. A few years ago, she had one small auto claim in her entire 34 years with this agency, yet her rates suggest otherwise. On top of that, customer service has been consistently unhelpful. It's truly disappointing. I would provide no stars but Google requires at least one star. If anyone knows of a great insurance company that treats their customers well, please let me know.

This is absolutely the best agency we have had a pleasure of working with. Melinda, Kayla and Julie really treat you like family. They will help you to weigh your options without making you feel forced to choose something because it sounds good. We have been clients of the Agency for 15 years with various items being insured over the years and have recently added business insurance. I love how they notify you of upcoming payments and will even do a cost analysis for you to see if you still have the best plan to fit your needs.
