Ben was very helpful in getting a home owner's policy when no one else would insure me. However, it was an $19,000+ policy for one year. I cancelled August 8, 2025 and still have no refund. I have called multiple times and have basically received no help and no refund. Get at getting your policy, but, epically fails in getting your refund!!!!!

I used Ben when he was with Farmers. When my carrier said they were not covering homes in CA. I had to shop around. They were quick to give a quote but unresponsive when I asked questions. The same coverage from the same company ( Mercury ) was nearly 600.00 cheaper than Meine. Same coverage but cheaper from a different broker. When asked and the quote sent over I didn't get a response then weeks later after multiple attempts to talk to them I get "Sorry it took me a little while to respond. I would advise you to take it." In am emai. Seems like they justed up their fees 600.00 and hoped I wouldn't notice or get other quotes.

I made this review under the guidance of my attorney. We found Meine Insurance through the Dave Ramsey Network back in August 2021. This is a day my family will live to regret. We looked past the obvious red flags (i.e. non-responsive tendencies, i.e.) as we needed a policy when major carriers stopped covering our zipcode.
