For some reason I’m getting charged 80?dollars a month and find another 80 charge this month I was Promised that the charge would be gone! & here I am again! -I think the right thing is to get a lawyer. I’m stressing out on people and corporations charging me for Crap I’m not using. I’m retired living on social security which is not much. Do you people think your not being watched now I’m wonder how many months you owe me for? I’m not a rude person but now I’m getting pissed! I gave you a chance to stop this! And I would have let it go! but now I think I need representation,
Medico is a great company to do business with. I've helped hundreds of people sign up for their insurance plans and they've all been satisfied with their coverage and service. Their underwriting teams are efficient and timely and their customer service is very helpful. I would highly recommend them.
I am not surprised to read others post the same situation I've found myself in. My mother was dying and I only discovered this company because of the unauthorized ACH payments coming out of her account. She had well overpaid the amount of the policy. I can't count the amount of times I had to hire health aides to run out to fill out endless and duplicate paperwork that had to be notarized. Talked to endless reps, all instructed different things. And now, 2 1/2 months after mom dies, they are declining the payments because of following their own instructions. Seems to me they are leading vulnerable people down a path to keep from paying the policies at all. They intentionally cause additional emotional distress. It's hard to beware of a company that sends no statements, gives you no policy
I have been enrolled in it for the past two months and still have no information about my service. That are available for me. But they have taken my money directly from my bank account. Not even with insurance card. Or email. Was singed up by a agent at work.
Tried to get benefits over the phone. Waited one time for 55 minutes then got disconnected. Next time, the same day, waited 45 minutes then had to hang up due to obligations. Next time, also same day, waited 75 minutes. Once again had to hang up. This is very unprofessional for a business.
