I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife Connie, she just turned 65 and Kaitlyn Lague what is the lady that helped us get her on Medicare, she also helped us with a supplement plan to help pay for the rest of the cost. She was extremely professional, personable, and patient. We had three separate appointments, she was very easy to schedule with, and she always called us back when we left a message. With all the parts, and plans this can be very confusing, but Kaitlyn made it a very simple process, I would highly highly recommend Kaitlyn for help and I think her very much.

Can't ethically recommend to anyone and I would give zero stars if I could. I am not bringing my grandparents or even older family friends anywhere near this place. White-washed tombs. Mismanaged and chaotic--your elder loved one will be on hold for hours or else will never get their call returned. Two-faced; seemingly friendly but deeply untrustworthy and problematic. Find somewhere else to take care of your older family and friends.

I started my interactions with Liz in November 2024 when I was trying to get signed up for Medicare. I had many Medicare and SSA problems and things were not going well. Liz took my case and worked with me through the many issues until l was established as a Medicare member. She worked with me for about four months seeing me several times a week. She was always a true bright spot in the week and had a very calming demeanor that settled my panic of not getting accepted by Medicare by my 65th birthday. Liz understands her business very well and is extremely capable at it.

Liz McPherson was exceptional! She was knowledgeable about all things Medicare and helped me and my wife avoid significant and unknown costs. Can’t thank her enough. Also, her business location is next door to the SSA office which is quite convenient if you don’t like long wait lines for your Medicare questions.
