I called in to talk about my health care and the customer service lady who answered the phone sounded like she was so sick! I asked her, her name and she said ERIN, and I asked her if she was ok and she said she had pneumonia! She should be in bed resting! It was very hard understanding what she was saying. I would hope the company prioritizes employees health, and Insures the customers can clearly communicate with the representative.
