My spouse and I recently switched from an insurance company that we got little to no service from. The customer service from Jake Mead and his amazing staff was 10 out of 10!!! Regrettably I was recently rear ended, and when I walked into their office, I was met with concern, kindness and empathy! Along with that AMAZING fact that Eva had filled out the DMV paperwork for me so all I had to do was sign paperwork. They gave me next step instructions along with what to expect. I couldn’t be happier with and it’s such a refreshingly good feeling to be care for & covered, by insurance! I truly never saw this type of insurance company existed, and so grateful that it does!

I was very impressed with the ease of changing my insurance over to Mead Agency and Associates. I told Jake I wanted to make the switch because I have heard from others that he is the best. I gave Jake my current insurance info, and he worked his magic on the backend switching my insurance with very little information from me. So easy on my end. Jake knows when to be personable and when to put on his professional hat. Highly recommend.

The Mead agency is very welcoming and soooo incredibly nice! I recently switched over to them and having them as my agent is a huge relief. They are really convenient being right on TV highway. They are open til 7pm! For them to be open til 7 is huge for me since I work til 530pm. It doesn’t get in the way of my work. Or I have to take time out of my work day to call/go in to the office. They are really responsive and flexible when it comes to talking/meeting in the office They have free coffee which is not your regular coffee they have a fancy espresso machine that makes quality coffee and they also have free soda and water too! They are very welcoming and invite you to stop by for coffee at any time! I would 100% recommend them as an insurance agent to anyone I know!
