Dan Peterson: Allstate Insurance

I worked with Monica for years. I thought I was being taken care of until my husband called and asked her a question about windshield replacement. Things got a little heated because she would not explain anything to him, and then she refused to take my call after that. I spoke with Dan directly, and he immediately saved over $500 off of my insurance. I was really confused and began to think that Monica has been ripping me off this entire time. I added a new-to-me car and was charged an outrageous amount. When I called the office to ask about it, the other gal insisted that they did everything correct and that's just what it is. No breakdown of why or any further explanation. I changed agents after that.

I have been a long-time client of Dan Peterson's Allstate office. They have always provided excellent service. I have most recently worked with Bryan over the past 6 months, and he has been awesome to work with! Knowledgeable, responsive and personable.

Monica likes to make you think she is helping you, but really isn't. She make you feel like everything is your fault and nothing is ever her doing. She does what's her best interest not yours. Don Peterson would do better with out her. This is my first time ever with Allstate and she has really made me regret it.

I wish we would have switched to Allstate years ago. My rep is available anytime I call and always willing to help me with any questions. As soon as I joined Allstate, I got rear ended at a stoplight. I went through the other insurance for my claim. Monica, at the Hillsboro office, has been there for me every step of the way and with every single question I have. Thank you for taking great care of your customers!
