I made the mistake of gaining coverage with them through Kelly a few years ago. This is the WORST insurance agency I have ever used! Without our permission or knowledge, they have increased our coverage/ premium every year since we became a customer and added products that we have never aaked for or consented to. Because of them our mortgage has doubled and is now in peril of foreclosure. I highly advise not using this office and If you do, keep a close eye on EVERYTHING. They are VERY greedy and will do anything possible to make more money off you!
