Shadd Walters is awesome and will help you with everything and anything and explain everything to you. I go to him every time.
I have been a customer here for about 4 years. I have never had an auto claim other than a windshield claim. They slow walk claims and down play your claim. It's a disgrace that I and possibly alot of others get treated this way. They love you as long as you pay your premiums to them, but treats you totally bad when you have a claim and really need them. There not there. Sad. Buyer Beware. Look at reviews ask your friends and neighbors about there experiences with them. This is my experience.

They sucker you in with a good price then jack it up by over $100.00 dollars the next month.
