We do not recommend this office to handle your insurance needs. From the beginning, the process was extremely slow. It takes months (not hours) to get a quote. After 2 months we finally went into an insurance contract with this office in July. A month later we get a cancellation notice on our insurance for non payment, that we paid before the bill was even due. VERY disorganized. After that was taken care of, we asked for a quote to add our company truck. After asking for over a month for a quote on our company vehicle to be added to our company insurance, we cancelled (with email) all of our service and chose another company. The company we chose quoted within 3 hours and had insurance in 1 day. The response time was just too slow for us with Mc Griff Now 4 months later, I receive
