Kynan Massie - State Farm Insurance

I started shopping for new auto insurance because I wasn’t happy with how my previous insurance company was handling things. I called State Farm — Kynan Massey’s office — based on my parents’ recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. Joe answered the phone and was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer the many questions I had. He was able to lower my rate by almost $30 a month, which was a huge bonus. After speaking with my previous carrier, I had a few more questions and got the chance to talk directly with Kynan. He answered everything thoroughly and reassured me that they would take great care of both me and my husband. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Car was hit in Walmart parking lot. 3400 damage. Called Mt Airy agent told them they could get video from security. Instead I had to pay my deductible under uninsured motorist. They could have identified the vehicle if they actually researched Walmart surveillance tapes. 6 months later they attempted to raise my rates over this. I have an impeccable driving record. These people want your money nothing more. In short they suck

I started an auto policy 6 days ago and then my car broke down today and I didn’t know what to do, I called Joe and he assured me I had towing coverage and HE called and had a wrecker to me within 15 mins! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while in today’s times. Thank you Joe!
