McDonald Zaring Insurance

Terrible company! We were insured with them for 3 years when our insurance went up. We asked them to shop around and they put us with Capital Insurance Group. Come to find out, they used our old licenses that had expired three years prior. Then, after being with the new company for 5 months our insurance was going up due to a speeding ticket from 2021 that we never got. They had someone else's drivers license number. It took us paying for our driving records, calling the new company and arguing to figure it out. Why bother with an agent? Happy to be done with them, they do not care about their customers.

I used McDonald Zaring for the seven years that I lived in Walla Walla. They have fantastic customer service and are always on the ball. They really go above and beyond to make the process of managing multiple insurance policies completely painless. They are flexible about how you contact them - phone, email, in person. Unlike the big insurance companies, I never had to deal with people not answering their phone for days, or technical issues making payments. Definitely recommend.

Always had good service on existing policies, but had a ridiculously hard time reaching the necessary people to get new types of policies, finally went elsewhere. Everyone was friendly and did a good job but communication was consistently a problem.
