Farmers Insurance - Lynn Clark

AVOID AT ALL COST! He made huge mistakes on my moms policies, which led to her being canceled and having a lapse in coverage. We can barely find her a policy and it's extremely expensive now. He had her address wrong after being corrected several times. He never communicated anything to her about being canceled or the inspection report. He screwed up and now she's paying the price. He is not a trustworthy agent. Highly recommend going anywhere else but here. Very very disappointing. Agents are supposed to be there to help, my mom is elderly and trusted him. Big mistake.

My uncle Alfonso Hernandez had his life insurance with them since 2000, unfortunately he pass away in March 2020, but back in January 2019 my mother, my cousin and her husband (my uncle best friend for a lot of years) went over to the office to make sure everything was in order and his funerals insurance will be paid to my mother to give him a decent and nice rest, oh surprise they claimed they never went and they have no record of it, originally his wife was the primary beneficiary but she pass away years ago, and her daughter was the secondary beneficiary, she was only my aunt's daughter and since she pass away, he lost contact with her. When they went over in 2019 he ask to update his beneficiaries my mother as primary and his friend as secondary. This is really frustrating and sad the

Never got back to me and when I finally got ahold of them Lynn was rude. Not good service.
