I wish I could give zero stars. I cancelled my homeowners policy, until I got a bill for the renewal. They don’t return phone calls. Worst insurance agency ever

Was with this Agency for many years and never had a problem, most likely because we never had to file a claim. After finding much better rates through another agent, I contacted McDaid and spoke with Ann. I sent her my request for cancellation as she instructed me to do. I asked her to send me a reply back letting me know she received it, which she did, but she never cancelled my policy. Contacted them again a month later and was told by Hope that she would take care of it. Guess what, she didn't! Another month goes by and another phone call from me and finally they cancel my policy. This place is a joke.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I’ve never dealt with anything like this! Switched over from Triple AAA 4 FULL COVERAGE VEHICLES. I’ve literally have called nearly EVERYDAY FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS! They have never answers phones NOT ONCE, nor returned my call from the countless voicemails I left. Makes a customer feel real confident in a company huh? Needless to say I’ll be switching within next cpl weeks!

My GF and I are purchasing a home and we called a few insurance companies looking for homeowners insurance. This particular company did a “hard inquiry” on her credit without our permission or approval. Every credit point matters when purchasing a home. Also, they were cheaper than AAA (not saying much) but significantly higher than others. Do not recommend even getting a quote. This could potentially cost us thousands in interest.

The manager Hope leggio realeased my personal policy information to her “friend” who is also my mother. She had another lady rely the message that she only provided her with my adjusters information, I was told I could not speak with the owners. I would not recommend this company at all. I will have my lawyers reaching out.
