Jill is very hard to get ahold of, I understand we are all busy, however she never returns my calls. I’ve been playing phone tag with her for a few weeks, I always have to call her back she never calls me back, and never answers when I call. She is their one and only agent that works with healthcare, so you’d think she would be more available. I work in the service industry one on one with clients myself. And I fully understand sometimes life gets in the way, but in these cases I always communicate to clients that I apologize and I will get back to them asap. There has been no communication of the sort. She seemed to be very helpful up until I disclosed to her I was on state funded health insurance previously, and now it seems she doesn’t want to work with me, so part of me feels inclined
