I'm so glad I found this agency. I had no idea that my previous policy would not cover roof replacement. Gabby took the time to clearly explain my existing policy, made sure I truly understood the gaps, and then found me a much better policy that does include roof replacement. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. I now feel confident and protected, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

You can't EVER get ahold of your agent! And the email you get is invalid!!You call the number they give you to reach them and from 9am it's been busy,busy,busy. You call the main number and can only leave a message! This is NOT professional for a company they "Claim" to be there for their customers! I'm canceling my policy as soon as I get ahold of someone. Even if I have to drive to republic!!!!

I've been with McCully insurance for a number of years. I personally knew Jason and thought I could trust him. We had a decent policy but never had any communication from him over the years on if we needed to update or increase coverage as our business grew. I got tired of it finally and started shopping around for new coverage and asked them to send me a copy of my current coverage as the one I had was from 4 years ago. They said I hadn't had any coverage at all the entire past year. I had sent them my new address years ago and they never updated it in the system. They claim they sent one letter informing me my chosen insurance was no longer available but if they did, they sent it to a 4 year old address. No call or email to make sure I got it and was taken care of. I have a business to r
