Lisa Hyde: Allstate Insurance

Would probably give 0 stars if possible. Quite likely the worst agent. She does not communicate, does not answer the phone, does not return texts or emails and does not return phone calls or voicemails left. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Obviously I do not deal with her every month of every year but over the last 4 years have tried with little to no success for three separate issues, one of which was just trying to confirm rates and coverages. At this time I have moved on and would suggest to anyone looking for an agent to continue looking elsewhere.

I do not recommend this agent. Lisa doesn’t respond, and doesn’t even notify her customers when their homeowners policy is to terminate (due to an underwriting error). I had to go to another Allstate agent for help to understand our problem and get it rectified. I couldn’t even get Lisa to respond with a quote for us to move two additional vehicles to our policy. I would never consider returning to this agent after the frustration and stress she caused.

Sad to say it but I have tried to get ahold of her for 3 weeks now and left voicemails. Does not respond and then has the audacity to say “well I do answer my phone and call back” just simply not true at all would not recommend unless you like to listen to voicemail recordings.

Does not answer calls , texts , messages left on voicemail. God forbid if you need to get ahold of somebody. Do not recommend Lisa or Allstate in general to anybody. Requested policy be terminated on a specific date so I didn’t have a gap in coverage. Have screenshot proof of requested cancellation dates. Canceled my policy 3 days early which resulted in my lender wanting $1000 for gap in coverage. DO NOT USE THESE JOKES!!! Have had nothing but trouble. Not to mention the insane rate increases

Lisa doesn't answer calls or return them nor emails. I had a homeowners policy with an ex who called and had me fraudulently removed from my own policy even though I was still on the mortgage and the deed of trust. Lisa did not contact me about my policy and changed it without my permission or knowledge. Then she lied to me and said it was the "mortgage clause" that she used to remove me from the policy, I did some research and found that it comes from the mortgage company listing who is liable for the property, which was still me and my ex. When I finally bought out her interest in the property it was like pulling teeth to get my name back on the policy which almost derailed my refinance because Lisa wouldn't put me back on the policy like I was, instead she put me as a non-relative occu
