McClone Insurance - Menasha

We've had mcclone for 20 years. Only had 1 claim in that time, and it was a deer hit. . My husband bought a truck and even though it is his personal vehicle that he drives to work, and everywhere else, they cancelled us saying, that vehicle needs to be listed under the business. It is his personal vehicle as well as what he uses for his business. Explain to me how me driving my personal vehicle for my business was never a problem, but when he did the same thing, it was a problem. After reaching out to several other insurance companies about this issue we found that mccclone is the only insurance company that does this. Our new insurance company doesn't care where we drive our vehicles as long as we pay our premiums. As it should be! Buyer beware! Premiums go up, coverage stays the same and

I followed my agent of 10 years to the McClone Agency. Six months later my agent quit. McClone assured me I would receive the same service that I was accustomed to. That was not the case. Their agents would provide me with quotes that were so out of wack that I would end up finding my own policy with the same provider for a fraction of the cost. I emailed my personal line agent to get a quote for a new home and never received a response. When I called to cancel my policy I was informed that they had moved my account to the provider's online portal, and I had to contact them to cancel. I would not recommend anybody to use McClone for their insurance needs.

While looking for new insurance, I was referred to McClone. The staff here was very attentive and caring. They helped make the transition from my prior agency flawless and easy. I have 2 boats, 2 snowmobiles, an atv, 2 cars, a house, and various other valuable items I needed coverage for. They were able to recommend the coverages I need and some I didn't need. I appreciate the time they spent helping get it right, so I have the peace of mind that all of my insurance needs have been met.
