this company and their agent FA insurance are scammers be careful , They have cancelled my insurance as they says They haven’t got my payment meanwhile I have the receipt that I paid on time. They have told me Sorry that your policy was a mistakenly cancelled but it can’t be reversed or reinstate that were only a day difference between the cancellation and the callback I have all the document to approve it. they also said If I needed it A policy I have to purchase a new one which will cost me $1200 extra in premium. No choice but I did purchase it with $1200 extra All that happen in the middle of the year ? My next step is contact these people to make a complaint 1. New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS)

This is hands down one of the most unprofessional organizations. The staff were rude, sarcastic, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. The overall attitude was hostile and dismissive, which says everything about how poorly this company is run. Absolute waste of time and money. Zero stars if that were an option

As a assistant behalf of our healthcare provider who frequently contacts Maya Assurance Company for claim-related matters, I’ve consistently encountered unprofessional behavior from their representatives. Most of them are rude, arrogant, and unwilling to assist, making even simple verifications or follow-ups unnecessarily difficult. Instead of offering clear information or support, the staff often respond in a dismissive or condescending manner. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from an insurance company that deals with healthcare professionals on a daily basis. Calls are often transferred without resolution, and communication lacks both professionalism and courtesy. It’s very disappointing to see this level of service from a company that should prioritize collaboration

Accident was 25 days ago and the claim has gone no where. Today the adjuster called and stated we never responded to a packet that was sent, absurdly false. All documentation was provided via email which now they claim they don’t have access to. Horrible experience.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company has absolutely the most horrible customer service I've ever encountered. There are constant issues on our account with random late fees, even when we paid the full policy upfront. They never have an answer, and they deliberately don't answer your calls or return your call. Nothing about this company is even close to pleasant, and I would suggest that if you decide to go with them, you check EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION made with them because IT NEVER ADDS UP.
