Been with Maxine a very long time. Never had any issues. Until now, the young man she now is VERY arrogant and rude. Do to my last dealings with him I am looking for another agent or company altogether...
I had the pleasure of speaking with Maxine today. Great agent!! I have know her since she started her agency. She is always pleasant to talk to and helpful.
They never answer the phone I always get the voicemail throughout the whole day when I’m trying to reach someone, and when I leave a message they rarely return your phone call.
Staff is unprofessional. No one was ever available including the agent. I switched companies.
I'm the most disappointed,with an insurance company that I held in high regard.
