I called to speak to a supervisor after not having much luck with the previous customer service reps on the last few calls I made regarding a discrepancy in my payment agreement. Sequoia did her best to resolve my issue even though it wasn't her mistake that was made. She was very understanding, empathetic and gave constant updates when she put me on hold. She showed top tier customer service. I appreciate you for your help in resolving this matter. They need to replicate your skills to the rest of the team !
