Best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Customer service ways wonderful. Had my new key went to dealer had it programmed in less than a week. I am so happy I chose this insurance. My key would have been over $800.

Would not recommend purchasing coverage from MAG. The agent was very rude, saying she didn’t care how the wheel on my Cadillac CT5-V looked, as long as the tires could hold air, they wouldn’t repair the wheels. The process also took nearly two weeks to complete, only to be denied because the chunks taken out of my wheels were not “deep enough”.

We purchased an extended tire warranty for our Cadillac with Maximus. With Michigan roads we have had several claims. It was well worth the investment. They are wonderful to work with, making the claims process painless. All interactions have been prompt, pleasant and professional. Our dealer has also been complimentary about working with them. Highly recommend.
