Garrett Taylor: Allstate Insurance

Garrett's office was able to help me switch to their company and helped me decide which polices were best for me. I was also able to cancel a policy for a car after selling it and was able to do it online and received a refund in a few business days. Communication is excellent, service is great with competitive prices.

Garrett Taylor helped me get a deal with having multiple vehicles where it is less than 400 dollars. He's also helped me sign up for the safe drive to where I save money each month on my insurance. I've had this insurance for years and I'm never disappointed. I've had a wonderful experience with my home insurance too.

Guy took my debit card so it would come out immediately. Always had this with insurance companies but apparently this one doesn't and proceeds to tell me its my fault cancels my policy without notice. They waited 6 days to tell me. He then says well it takes 2-3 for the payment to be tooken out. WHAT??? It's direct debit. Then wanted to requote me since it was "canceled". Then wanted to charge me way more for a new policy. Anyways I recorded the whole conversation and reported them to higher ups. Avoid this place at all costs.

There was no payment issue on our part as money was sitting in the account at the time of the policy signing. I confirmed how much I needed in my checking account so I can pull it from my savings which is where the money sat. They were supposed to use a different bank to make the auto payments but failed to do that as well as confirmed with a phone call with customer support. They took the debit card because they could see it on there end. This guy garret is a liar and his employee messed up. Got defensive which is what most liars do and doubled down on the lies. I mean come on garret why would you show up to an insurance place with no money? Lol it doesnt make any sense. But keep lying cause customer support said something different from 3 people. So you're branch was at fault.

Garrett is the best, he listens well, explains all services so that you understand. Anytime the weather such as hail storms or high winds he sends out email to check on you. He is personable in conversation, he genuinely cares about his Allstate family.
