Sabrina M. and Kating have been the most helpful people at MaxCare. They took what felt like an impossible situation with a specialty pharmacy and completely fixed the situation. They were beyond helpful and saved the day with my child's specialty medicine! Thank you Sabrina M. !

Julie K was extremely helpful. She called the Doctors office for me and got the issue with the PA resolved she called the Pharmacy for me as well. This made sure that the pharmacy and the doctors office were all on the same page. We were having so much problems getting this done and she handled every aspect of it even checking up on the doctors office to make sure they were doing the paperwork correct and calling us back to give us updates. Kating is da man. After several calls between me, maxcare and pharmacies going nowhere, Kating answered my next call and really got the job done. He talked with supervisors, pharmacies, etc. Really went out of his way. Not very many customer service reps would have gone this far out of their way. He even remembered previous calls the next day.

Mr. Kating Khounkhouamdy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and the kind of representative who gives you the trust that he will take care of the problem. Therefore, the issue I had was successfully resolved.
