After being with my prior home Insurance carrier for over 20 years, I decided to search for alternatives. I reached out to Max J. Pollack & Sons Insurance and connected with one of their staff (Joanne). She was very friendly kind and understanding. She provided me with multiple options/quotes and I liked best that I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. She gave me all the necessary details and if she didn't immediately have an answer, promised to follow up, which she did. Overall, the only down side is that I 'm sorry I didn't connect with them sooner for my insurance search. I would have saved significantly more on my home premiums. They are a hidden gem.
