Matthew Prill: Allstate Insurance

This is a very unethical insurance agent! I called them and told them to terminate my home owners insurance a month ago due to price increases of 30% every year after never having a claim. I have new insurance that is about 60% cheaper with the same coverage. This guy Matthew is a scammer. He sends me a letter yesterday (Friday) saying I will be billed 1700$ on monday and their office is closed for the weekend. This is a month after my phone call. Save your time and headache and go with a more ethical insurance agent.

Do not trust this agency. Thay can't handle a simple windshield claim on a UTV

I called about a notice we received in the mail regarding saving money on insurance. Within a few minutes I was connected to Christopher, and he did all the work on the computer basically as fast as I could speak. Within an hour I had a quote in my email to review with my wife. For the most part, always had good experiences with Allstate so I became complacent. That is, until my son turned 16 and got a license. This company is not friendly to teenage drivers. Made a switch.

Received a quote and decided to go with the offer. Received a call that the underwriters saw the recently installed roof was an architectural style and they were raising the premium due to higher cost of replacement. I find this odd because the agent was talking with the underwriters before I accepted their offer. I wonder if its something they routinely do. Get you to accept their offer, then a month after you pay, they raise the premium. I called and requested to talk with the owner, Matt Prill. Someone else from the office called, I've never heard from Matt. I hope I never need to file a claim. I get the feeling they will find some excuse not to pay. I dont plan to stay past the year I paid for. It may have been different if Matt had cared enough about his customers and called
