My experience with ISC has been amazing!! The staff are very kind, respectful, and thorough. I have always felt supported and know my questions will be answered whenever they come up!

Brenda helped me navigate a problem that I encountered in which the health insurance that I had purchased through a specific insurance company during open enrollment last November was canceled for unexplained reasons. She helped me get a refund check from that company for the premium that I had already paid for January, 2026, and she helped me find a new health insurance plan for 2026 with Prevea 360.

Karen was well-prepared and so knowledgeable of each product offered that the process of signing up for Medicare took little time. She knew exactly what questions to ask and was able to help me with any part of the application I didn't quite understand.

Carrie was so amazing to work with! She took the time to find the best fit for our family insurance needs. I highly recommend working with her!

Zach Zipperer helped me significantly when choosing my new insurance. He walked me through exactly what I should have covered for my car. He was also able to inform me that I was slightly underinsured and was able to remedy that. I am very pleased with the service here and they go above and beyond to get the best rates possible.
