Within minutes of walking in the door, I was pleased to find not only a person, but an agency willing to work with me. Despite a few minor "challenges" that required more than just "data gathering," not once was a met with the feeling that I was an inconvenience or nuisance - overwhelming when I approached my CURRENT AGENCY. Because my (now) former agency handled a homeowner's claim expeditiously and with the urgency it required, I will refrain from using their name. However, to be met with indifference and a "ho-hum" attitude regarding vehicle insurance was extremely disappointing. Allstate (specifically "Mo" treated me with expediency, respect, and most of all - BETTER PRICING! 11/13/2013 - 1:43pm - left message for Cori Michaels
Excellent service and on point with there quotation. Very warm feeling as if I was a family member.
