Her responsiveness and knowledge made the experience easy and stress-free, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality auto insurance.

I have never experienced treatment like this before. I called this agency on January 21, 2026, at approximately 12:10 PM to ask about the insurance price for my car. A person answered, and his manner of speaking was extremely rude. He didn’t even try to explain the available offers patiently; instead, he spoke very fast. When I asked if there was any additional discount since I found a better offer elsewhere, he said no, as if he didn’t want to continue the conversation. He then said goodbye and hung up on me. I have never encountered such rudeness in my life. Because of him, I was forced to sign up with another agency.

I just purchased a renter’s insurance policy through Emilee Gorski at GEICO for my son who is going to JMU, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. Emilee was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in walking me through the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and made sure we had the right coverage in place. Her friendly and approachable manner made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and easy. I truly appreciate her excellent service and highly recommend her to anyone looking for insurance support!

A guy inside this office called Juan Zavala has aggressive attitude towards customers. Very rude and have no manners. We called him for a new quote and he said full coverage is $$$. Then, we told him ok we will pay it. Then he declined the application because he want us to do liability. And then, he said “have a good day” I am not going to do it for you”. Is there a manager that we can talk about this and review the cameras. Because this guy shouldn’t be there.

Excellent service provided by Emilee Gorski. She was very easy and pleasant to talk to, I was all set up and ready to go with my new car insurance in less than 10 mins. She really knows her stuff, very very knowledgeable and clearly explains the different policies to you. Definitely going to follow up with her for other forms of insurance needed. Highly recommend!
