Tiffany Frank is one of the best State Farm employees I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. She was very kind and honest, patient, understanding. She even listened to me complain for 3mins on how other auto insurance companies have played me. I asked for her to stay on the phone while I completely finished my application and she told me that was no problem. I can't speak for everyone at State Farm but I can speak on the behalf of Tiffany Frank who did everything in her power to get me the deal I wanted with multiple options, and was kind and understanding.
