The entire office is pleasant to work with. Alicia is very hospitable and Charles is knowledgeable, yet still open to learning and being mentored. Mr. Davis is a multifaceted chameleon who is always pleasant and will make himself available to address any issues encountered. He does a great job of insuring you have the necessary coverage to survive unforeseen events.

I called this State Farm office today to set up a new car insurance policy . The gentleman who helped me get set up with a new policy was Charles. He was extremely patient , not pushy , and helped me get into the most comfortable car insurance policy ! He even gave me information a on different life insurance policies for me and my children . I will definitely be back to set those up. Highly recommend!!
