Matt Rowe - State Farm Insurance Agent

It is difficult to get a return call and I have been unable to talk with the agent Matt even when I contact him directly. I don’t think I have spoken to him once in 5 years. We also had a bad experience with an adjuster and while I was able to get a response from the office, I did not feel like they did much to advocate for us as a customer. Additionally, they failed to submit paperwork that would result in a discount for over a month, and only did so, after I followed up. I don’t ask a lot out of an agent but it would be nice to be able to talk to him if I needed to or feel like I mattered as a customer. I’ve always have had a good experience with State Farm Insurance. Their rates are affordable comparatively speaking and their staff at Matt Rowe’s agency is great! Especially Candace Gilmore!

Matt Rowe/ State Farm handles all of our insurance needs - home and business including our rental properties. I came to them after having an issue with another provider several years ago and he patiently walked us through the process of taking out new policies and did not try to over- sale us coverage. When our daughter finished law school and started a family, she too used them for her insurance coverage. The staff is always professional and courteous and take the time to work with us whenever we have questions. As a small business owner and nonprofit director their support has been crucial to making sure we are properly insured. The trustworthy manner in which they work with us gives us the assurance one looks or in an insurance agent.

I just contacted Matt this morning with questions regarding a rental car I will have in Seattle next week. The business I am renting from has insurance that was way out of my league. I talked it through with Matt and I have upgraded my policy and will have complete coverage while I’m on my trip with sound peace of mind while I’m away and here back home as well! I have had nothing but positive reactions from my insurance company and I would recommend Matt and State Farm to anybody!!
