We have been with American Family for I do believe 19 years. Been with Matt Moffat since 2004, His office is always on top of things. When we had accident we would call Matt and he took care of us. Its like a Family, every year he calls us personally on our Birthday's . Friendly,responsive, if his team doesn't know a answer to question Matt calls us and answers it. Best insurance I have ever had.

Matt is the kind of insurance agent you want watching over your insurance care. He feels more like a genuinely caring uncle than a sales agent. His integrity alone is worth doing business with him. We tried to move all of our policies over to him when we purchased a new home and after looking over all of our information he let us know it was in our best interest financially to stay with our current insurance company until a specific home owners claim fell off of our record.
