Farmers Insurance - Mary Forrest

My husband and I have had Mary as our agent for more than 10 years now. Between all the different vehicles we've owned, either for a short period of time or changing coverage when needed, Mary and her staff have always been quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like we are more of the needy type of clients with how many times we've added, removed, changed coverage, but have always been met with the BEST customer service. Always trying to get us the best deals possible and talking to me almost daily when I got in a wreck (even though she didn't have to, but was there to give me advice and an ear when I needed to vent about the other drivers insurance). Mary has been so good to us! Thank you Mary!

Mary is the best of the best out there in the insurance world! She has her customers best interest, always. She’s willing to take the extra time to explain everything thoroughly, which is a huge win in my book. I was working on a house deal that had been ready to close for 3 weeks. The hold up, insurance. The house needed some minor repairs that we planned to do, but had to close so we could do those repairs. We couldn't close with out insurance. 2 other brokers worked 3 weeks trying to get approval, we house denied. Called Mary and we had everything the lender needed to close in 45 minutes!!!
