Matt has always been responsive to all my questions and needs. Was extremely helpful when me and my family needed him most.
Cannot ever get a hold of them, and he never responds to messages, emails or calls. Also tried calling State Farm HQ and they were zero help.
Prompt response every time I call and very knowledgeable regarding everything I needed to get my coverage in place.
Only here to say they don't return messages, via voicemail or email. Not much help, gonna find a different agent.
