Always ready to help! Love the customer service at Jean Stewart. They genuinely treat you nice and want your business. I have temporarily left State Farm because of increased price but would definitely consider coming back in the future!

We were working through a claim with State Farm and needed some assistance and answers. We were fortunate to have Stephanie Jackson there for us. All questions answered, proper information passed on , and an opportunity to save on our car insurance. We also were able to obtain a form necessary to compile at a car purchase on the spot. We were elated and very much at ease with all the info and direction received. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and quick with both information and directions. We have looked at other companies to try and save some money but when you need someone there to help the $50 dollars you save wind up costing you a lot more. Insurance is more than just rates. It’s service and great service. Stephanie was there when we needed it.
