Matt McCoy - State Farm Insurance Agent

I started my journey with State Farm Insurance, Matt McCoy Agency in Clarksville AR. yesterday, 01/13/2026, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The experience was made seamless by the employees in the office. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend this State Farm office. I have full confidence that they will go over and above to make sure that your insurance needs are met and that you are satisfied with your decisions. I even left there with printed proof of insurance cards in protective sleeves. I feel like all of my insurance needs were met with excellence! Again, I highly recommend this crew for your insurance needs.

By far the best insurance agents I’ve ever had any experience with. Not only are they kind, helpful and friendly - but recently I had to navigate filing a claim with another individual’s insurer and it was proving to be unusually complicated. I called State Farm, mostly just for guidance and advice, and Sean took it upon himself to make several calls and actually was able to conference-call me in, so that we were able to begin filing the claim. He answered questions, was extremely supportive and effective. He even ended up staying at the office at least 20 minutes after closing time to finish the conversation and to answer any questions I had. Again, BY FAR the best experience, as a whole, that I’ve ever had with an insurance company and I am grateful for each person at the office. 10/10;

I LOVE statefarm!! They have saved me a ton of money on my vehicle insurance! They have great policies, even good life insurance policies as well! They are absolutely fantastic. Extremely nice and always willing to answer any questions you may have! I will never use any other insurance company but state farm!! They get a 10 out of 10 in my book! I have been with State Farm insurance since last summer after being with another company for over 50 years.. Wow 🤩 that’s unbelievable but State Farm Insurance, I have found to be considerably cheaper but the coverage is as good or better, and the employee’s are so awesome. The old saying is that old dogs can’t learn new tricks but this one sure did & saved a quite of bit of money doing so. Thank you.. State Farm Insurance & all employees!! Tommy & Linda Schwede

I highly recommend Danielle at the State farm Clarksville location. When the claims department couldn't locate my policy and believed it was not in good standing, Danielle calmly and professionally clarified that my policy was active and in good status. She clearly explained the next steps and made a very confusing situation much easier to understand. Her service was truly excellent! Thank You Danielle.
