I sold my home and homeowners insurance was canceled, I wanted to get a quote to lower my car insurance the same week…Dropped me like hot potato!!! Like I was supposed to continue to pay homeowners insurance on the home I just sold. They screwed themselves because how would they know I might just be buying another home. RUDE I would never use them again. Besides the catalog they send for the EXTRA $40 for membership sucks! Just my experience after several years with them.

The agent in Clarksville, Ar was very nice and helpful and even stayed over just to give me a quote! He could have just brushed me off and said come back later but instead, told me no worries and stayed over anyways not knowing even if I was going to go through them or not! I also like how he explained that my bill would be consistent every month and would never change! I highly recommend Farm Bureau insurance 😊

Luis Cabello did a very good job I bought insurance for my 4 vehicles and my home insurance. Excellent service. But Jenniffer H makes you feel that she is doing you a favor evertime that i called and ask info that I need from my multiple policies. That's why it's 2 stars review.

Farm Bureau carried the homeowners policy for my husband for many years before we met and married. The rising prices/value of existing homes is only good for people who want to sell. Those of us staying put have increased charges on property taxes and insurance. The agents at Farm Bureau have worked to keep my insurance coverage up to date. This year I decided to switch my auto insurance over to them. While it is not a savings on the auto insurance it means I have local agents and I saved enough on my homeowners policy to cover 9 mo of auto premiums! I just learned how valuable local coverage is. Two weeks after the change, I was rear-ended while stopped at a stop sign. I pulled off the road to check damage but the offending driver kept going. The speed in which Farm Bureau wrapped
