Just to let you know that I have another insurance policy with someone else you can’t call me anymore because I have you blocked you can text me instead and I want that money back someone else is taking that money out of my account without my knowledge so please give give my money of $671.00 back please

Everything started off good but went down hill over time. I received poor service here on more than one occasion. First was when I wanted to add to my policy. Matt told me he would look into rates to bundle after he added addition protections to my policy. Never got a call back. Second time was when I called to cancel my policy due to the 2x higher rates of similar policies on the market. I called 10/25 and was told it was no problem to cancel and that I should expect a check in the mail in a few business days. After two business weeks I still did not receive anything nor did my account reflect the cancellation request. Called and left a voicemail with no return call.
