Impossible to reach anyone via phone calls. The wait time is 60min + If you have a question about claims its a joke to call them. It just forces you to go to their office. The staff in the office is not better. Conflicting information and really uneducated, untrained staff. The worst costumer service. The worst costumer service!
If I can leave a zero rating I would. The worst costumer service I have ever seen. This business should be closed.
