Talk about the rudest conversation I have had on a professional phone call !! In a 5 minute conversation that I started with saying how I had a death in the family and didn’t realize my autopay was removed, this is how she proceeded to speak to me. This would must have just gotten a divorce or something bc Theresa would NOT LET ME SPEAK ! She asked me a question on how I got my insurance and wouldn’t let me answer !!!!!! Like I had to ask her multiple times to please let me finish my sentence. And when I was fed up and just let her talk . I asked her can I finish my sentence and she had the nerve to say no !!!!!!!! She doesn’t even know about her company !! I told her I called the General insurance and that’s how I got quoted and she told me that’s not true. But when you go in the general

I don't recommend it, especially if you are Latino because they are going to raise your home and car insurance every year and it happens to them like me when I called to cancel. I changed insurers and 4 months passed. They called me from this office. from Scranton and they tell me that I owe them money and they sent me to collection es mala persona

She's not follow up. Ads people to policy's without permission. Told to remove someone months ago with a follow up email and the person is still on my policy. Never added this person. She needs a different career.
