Mary Fry American Family Insurance

When my husband passed away suddenly earlier this year I called Mary to tell her and to see what needed to be done about insurance changes. Not only did she handle everything for me with me having to do nothing but she was compassionate and caring about my loss. She sent me a sympathy card and a gift card to a local coffee shop and just made me feel so secure that she was taking charge and helping get things done. In all the dealings I have had with Mary over the years she has always been so helpful and she knows the insurance business and helps me get the best coverage and the best price. I would recommend her and her agency to anyone.

Super nice and friendly, when I first moved to Missouri so many company's either denied coverage or gave me a sky high rate (because I just moved here maybe?) and they had no problem giving me a good rate. I also had a wreck that was not my fault but when reaching my adjuster through them he was easy to get a hold of and they went out of their way to take care of the situation, even represented me in court so I never had to deal with that.

They have the best prices and coverage around. They are always prompt in addressing any of our needs as well.
