Farm Bureau has treated us the best. Very competitive rates, and greeeeaat customer service. Prompt responses, helpful information, and very friendly people in the office. We have had claims from storms and the response was great and I thought the paid claims were very fair.

Anytime I've had a question about my house property, or my car. I can go and talk to Erin and she does a great job of helping me understand everything. She takes her time to make sure that I have all my questions answered and I have never felt rushed or made to feel like a number. They all take the time to talk to you and help in every way they can. They are all very kind and helpful and make you feel like family. When I went to trade in my car and get another car, Erin made sure before I left the parking lot of the dealership in Joplin, that I had insurance switched over and cover on my car.
