Mary Dixon - State Farm Insurance Agent

I primarily worked with Anna in Mary's office, she is incredible insurance agent. She’s responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She always goes above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. I truly feel supported and taken care of. Highly recommend this office to anyone!

Anna was a tremendous help, gave me my best options and every question I asked (which was a lot) was answered with confidence and a great attitude, even when I was unsure she reassured me and gave me some time to contemplate leaving my previous insurance company. 10/10 experience

UPDATE 11/12/25-I just logged into my State Farm account and see the status as claim payment has been made(apparently to Tesla?). I am still out my car, since June and do not have a car or timeline to receive my car back. UPDATE 11/9/25-Still no timeline on repairs being finished. STILL an unresolved horrible experience. Hopefully you never have to file a claim through state farm as the process is very unorganized with no information given. Tried calling Mary Dixon's office to get assistance and they put in a note to have the claims team reach out(which unfortunately is no help). Going on 3 and a half weeks without a car, only to get moved from one department to another with no timeline given. The three times I called early on to the claims department, every claims person gave me a diffe

Horrible customer service. They are full of excuses and the front desk lady LIAM if she doesn’t have the ability to help and patience to help other, she should not be there. Anna full of excuses and never follows up with the customer. Old personnel was a lot better. Already looking for a better insurance. KEEP LOOKING DONT GET THIS AGENCY.

Mary and her entire team are wonderful; smart, cordial, friendly, knowledgeable in all types of insurance, and humorous. You feel welcomed the minute you walk through the office door. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Anna (life insurance), Aly (home owners insurance), and Mary (auto insurance and personal umbrella). They do it all! We also met Lianne and Brett was our first contact and his patience and politeness drew us in. On top of all of this, State Farm is a very reputable company and Maverick (Mary's puppy) greets you every visit. We highly recommend Mary and her team.
