In person, it’s great, however, your app could use some help. 1. I have 3 policies yet, I can’t find a way to integrate any of them. 2. I have a car policy, a motorcycle policy, and my wife and I have a coop policy. Even though I initiated the app, her name appears in the profile with my email address. 3. I can not find a way to change the profile name in the settings. I think that the app needs an overhaul.
Martin knows all the ins and outs of insurance, as well as all the discounts to get you the best rate, his experience really shows. Superb customer service as well. The total package, would recommend him to anyone.
