I called State Farm yesterday afternoon. Lori Rooney answered the phone. I have spoken with Lori on other occasions. She has always been extremely helpful and has taken care of whatever help I needed. Yesterday I was requesting for a new home insurance policy. As usual she was most efficient and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and her customer service. She is truly one of the most valuable employees any employer can ever have. I requested her to send me a link so I can express my heartfelt appreciation for her dedication to duty and customer care. I want to give her a big salute and wish we have more Loris to help us the way she does.
